🐾 A Final Message from Mrs. Moore For This School Year

Dear Cheetah Families,

As the 2025-2026 school year officially comes to a close today, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to all of you. Thank you for entrusting your wonderful students to us this year. It has been an absolute privilege and a joy to be a part of their educational journey.

Together, we have watched our Cheetahs grow, learn, navigate mistakes, celebrate big victories, and so much more. We are incredibly proud of the hard work and heart they have poured into this school year.

I also want to thank you—our amazing parents and guardians—for your incredible partnership. Thank you for working with your students at home and collaborating with our staff to provide the absolute best opportunities for every single child. We truly could not do this without your support.

We hope you have a safe, relaxing, and absolutely fabulous summer break! Enjoy the sunshine, and we will see you back on campus on August 13, 2026, for the first day of the 2026-2027 school year! ☀️🐾

With deep appreciation,
Principal Moore

🍦 A Massive Thank You to Alsie's Ice Cream Truck!

We want to send a huge, sweet shout-out to Alsie's Ice Cream Truck for the incredible treats this week!

A massive thank you goes out to all of our amazing family and friends who took the time to vote for Reed Elementary to win the Alsie's Ice Cream contest. Because of your incredible support, we won, and our students and staff absolutely loved their special treats!

We truly cannot say enough great things about Alsie's Ice Cream. If you have a chance to grab a delicious treat from them out in the community this summer, don't hesitate! 😋☀️

An Extra Special Thank You to Our Amazing Community Partners!

As we close out this school year, we want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who has partnered with us to support our Reed Cheetahs. From field trips to classroom support, it truly takes a village, and we are so grateful for ours!

We want to give a special shout-out and express our deepest gratitude to:

  • Our Local First Responders: Thank you to the Kuna Police Department, Detective Casey, and the Kuna Fire Department for taking the time to work, collaborate, and build wonderful relationships with our students and staff this year.
  • Our Amazing PTO: Thank you for your endless dedication, hard work, and for organizing so many wonderful events that bring our community together.
  • Our Business Partners & Donors: Thank you to the local establishments who sponsored and hosted fundraisers, and to everyone who donated this year—whether you sponsored a student, provided snacks, chaperoned a trip, or worked alongside us to provide incredible opportunities for our kids.
  • Changed Life Church: A very special thanks to Changed Life Church for opening up their parking lot to our staff this week! By allowing our team to park there, they helped ensure we had plenty of open parking spots on campus for our parents and families during all of our busy end-of-year activities.
We appreciate the combined efforts of so many wonderful people. Thank you for your outstanding support—we have truly loved working alongside you this year! 🐾
